تستعد بيروت لتردّد موسيقاها من جديد. فقد أعلن القائمون على «بيروت ترنّم» عن إطلاق نسخته الثامنة عشرة، في دورة جديدة تحمل روح المدينة كما هي: متعبة أحياناً، صلبة دائماً، وتعرف أن الموسيقى واحدة من طرق استعادة توازنها.

Du 29 novembre au 23 décembre, le festival fait swinguer les églises et briller la ville d’un Avent musical gratuit, aussi lumineux qu’un refrain de Noël.

For 18 years, beginning at the end of November, Beirut Chants has been the essential Christmas rendezvous in the Lebanese capital. The free festival, held unfailingly until Dec. 23 one day before Christmas Eve has introduced Beirutis and Lebanese alike to the churches of their city. This year is no exception.
